      number of answered calls in local telephone center of Parsian bank , on duty days of year 1392 was reached to 312 which had a 68% growth in comparison to last year

      number of answered calls in local telephone center of Parsian bank , on duty days of year 1392 was reached to 312 which had a 68% growth in comparison to last year.
      According to report of public relation section , between all the numbers of answered calls, 238 of them have been phone contacts, 44 short messages, and 22 recorded voice messages.
      Meanwhile the first working days of this new year specially 5th and 6thfarvardin month , more than 400 phone contacts , 40 e-mails , 4 short messages , 27 recorded voice messages and one fax have been answered by center.
      It is noteworthy that 29 branches among 159 branches in Tehran, 70 branches among 129 branches in other cities of Iran with colleagues on duty during this new year in order providing good and appropriate services and satisfying more customers and in line with appreciation to esteemed clients as well as value creation for bank customers , have provided valuable services.
